In 2025, Loki Cusco proudly celebrated 20 years of unforgettable memories, wild adventures, and friendships that span the globe. From the very beginning, Loki has been more than just a hostel - it’s been the heart of Cusco’s nightlife and the meeting point for travelers and locals alike. This year, our anniversary party proved once again why Loki is the ultimate place to be.
We went all out with a spectacular fire show, setting the night ablaze with energy. The stage lit up with the Funky Monks rocking live music, followed by DJs spinning beats that kept the dance floor alive until sunrise.
Of course, no Loki party would be complete without our legendary traditions: a giant blood bomb train on fire, wild costumes, endless games, and an atmosphere that turned strangers into friends in seconds. Add to that delicious food, amazing drink specials, and champagne in hand, and you had the recipe for a night no one will ever forget.
For 20 years, Loki has been at the center of Cusco’s craziest nights, welcoming travelers from all over the world and bringing locals together in a celebration of life, laughter, and pure fun.

For over 20 years Loki Cusco has been the beating social heart of backpacker Cusco. Set in a restored colonial mansion a few steps from the Plaza de Armas, it is as famous for its legendary parties, themed nights and free salsa and pisco sour classes as it is for the friends you make along the way. From New Year blowouts to Peruvian Independence Day celebrations and our own anniversary bashes, here is a taste of what life at Loki is all about.
