OSGUR Ó CIARDHA
IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING MACHU PICCHU AND ANY ASSOCIATED TRIPS
TUESDAY, 26, JULY, 2011
Hey everyone!
The Peruvian Authorities have recently reduced accessibility to the Ancient Incan site of Machu Picchu. This was in response to concerns from international bodies including UNESCO about the amount of visitors that arrive daily to see this Wonder of the World.
This has led to increased competition for the 2500 spaces a day currently available. This restriction encompasses all entry into Machu Picchu.
For this reason Loki urges you to plan ahead to avoid disappointment.
If you are planning to visit Machu Picchu by yourself, it is vital that you book your Entrance Ticket on http://www.machupicchu.gob.pe/ before booking your train ticket on www.perurail.com/ . This will avoid the situation of booking train tickets, but not being able to secure Entrance Tickets.
Alternatively you can contact Loki Travel at [email protected] or (51-84)243705 to arrange a deposit via Western Union of 150US to secure your Machu Picchu entrance tickets as well as train tickets.
Don't risk coming all the way to Peru and not seeing the wonderful Machu Picchu!
